So how do I do it?
Also, MOMO Tweak does not work - it says I do not have a wheel connected.
Any suggestions?

I think sometimes computers just do stuff like this to vex us. Just to
be sure...you do NOT check the report combined pedals box. Otherwise you
will get single axis.
