Any OTHER games like MCO ??

I love the idea of Motor city online..........buying a car, racing and doing
it up. Very cool, very much what I like in real life. Are there any games
that follow this premise that exist right now??  I prefer offline play
however and MCO doesn't offer such.  Thanks for the help.

The GT series on the Playstation?

It's the only thing I can think of right now...

I only know of bleem which would supposedly run GT2 and take advantage of
your gfx card to make the game look better than when running on PSX.

There is Sports Car GT which is not street racing but has kind of a simple
career mode where you earn money to upgrade your car.  IIRC it's by the same
people who now bring you the EA F1 PC sims.  It's dirt cheap on budget now
and it managed to drag me away from the Papy sims of the time for a while -
once it had been given the "unofficial" realism patch.  You might hit issues
if you run anything "***" in the controller department.

Mark

This is the basic concept behind Street Legal except that, well, Street Legal
sucks.  ;)
