Hi Everyone,

A quick "press release" from Sim Racing News. It goes a bit like
thise....

"Oooooooooooh I'm all e***d" (good so far eh?!) :)

In an effort to give everyone some reassurance of a delivery schedule
(and to give my e-mail some respite from the many requests of "When's
GP2 coming?!?!?!?"), I checked with the development team directly about
the delivery schedule.

I confirmed with them that as of this moment, the game is scheduled to
master _this_weekend_ and _WILL_ be released for the British Grand Prix
next weekend. No consipracy theories, no plans to delay until Christmas
(thank God!!) and no fears of bankruptcy.

Of course anything is possible, and it hasn't actually mastered yet so a
delay is not inconceivable. It's 99% sure for next wekekend, and I'll
let you know early next week when I have confirmed it's mastered, and
sitting in boxes waiting to be sent out to everyone.

John, you mean they're starting the mastering Saturday or Sunday -
seems a bit odd... Also, I'm confused, because I saw Marc Nelson (SRN
US for anyone who doesn't know him) claiming it had already gone
gold...

*** seem to have gone for the 17th as the date - we'll just have to
wait and see.

The best thing about it being released is that at least they'll be an
end to all this pointless speculation - and I include my message in
this category!

...in my book there is some 50 % change for that missing 1 % chance to

...but like I said I do hope Im wrong...and Ure right...Im sick for
waiting the game...I just expect nothing...and then Ill be
l pleasantly surprised when its out...its far more easier way to go.
