DXTweak addon util?

I've got an idea for a util, and I was wondering if such a beast
exists before I go through the trouble of writing it myself.
All this util will do is save/restore the settings made through
DXTweak.  This would allow you to setup controller profiles in DXTweak
and consistently reapply them without having to fiddle with the
individual values in DXTweak.
Anyone heard of such a thing?
