Even though the Midway license uses the words "Fantasy-style," which
leaves a HUGE loophole for someone else to develop simultaneous CART
sims, it's not going to happen -- the CART management people don't
understand the difference between "fantasy" and "sim," and as far as
finding loopholes, I don't think they could find their way out of a
phone booth even with the help of a chauffer and a seeing-eye dog
these days.
Also, one of Papy's competitors has stated that neither CART nor the
IRL has any kind of fan base that would generate sales anywhere near
what an F1 or NASCAR title could generate. No percieved market, no
interest in the product. This would be true for Papy, too, I'm sure,
especially after getting burned due to lack of interest with GPL.
Expect nothing more than more NASCAR from Papy at any point in the
near future.

> Whip up a carset for another year. (The Turbo Era wins most polls)
> Improve the sound engine. (WSC preview sounds blow everything else

> Tweak the physics. (Dyanmic camber, etc, etc, etc.)
> Better network collision detection and resolution.
