F1RS Telemetry

F1RS Telemetry

Can anyone give me exact instructions on how to get to the telemetry
feature of F1RS?  The manual is very fuzzy on this.

The manual only talks about what data is recorded during a race, but
doesn't explain how to view it.  I've tried running a few laps in Time
Attack mode, and also in "Single race' mode, then quitting and going to
the Garage, but there's no indication of how to access the telemetry.

Do I have to complete the race before being able to view the telemetry?

In GP2, all I had to do was enter the pits, even during practice, to
look at the data, but that didn't seem to work in F1RS.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

The manual is fuzzy on *lots* of other things too    8-)

Drive for at least *one* full lap (in grand prix or championship
mode only), then quit to the garage screen, select the icon next to
the "GO" button, it looks like a small bar chart graph?
This takes you to the telemetry screen. Select a lap time by clicking
on the *left* small timer icons (under where it says lap no#) and
highlighting a lap. Now click on one of the grey tabs next to the
*left* coloured boxes, and select the data you want to view.

NB:- You can view two laps at the same time, cos the left lap no# and
left coloured boxes are for one lap, and the right lap no# and
right coloured boxes are for another.

No, as long as you have completed at least one full lap, there will be
enough data to look at the telemetry. Remember, Telemetry only works
in Grand Prix *or* Chamionship modes.

Unfortunately, F1RS *isn't* GP2? But GP2 *isn't* F1RS either? They
*both* have their good and bad points.

If you think the manual is fuzzy, wait till you see the telemetry in F1RS
<g>. You'll find it when you click on the symbol (looks like a waving flag)
to the right of the garage button.

Thanks for the Info.

I'll give it a shot.
