Framerate indicator in F1CS2K?

I'm new to this group and F1CS2K is my first ever racing sim.  I love
F1 racing and am enjoying the sim a lot.

I see several references to framerates in the messages.  Is there a
keypress in the game to display framerate or are you guys using an
external program?  If so, which one and where may I obtain it?

Thanks so much for your help with my question and for all the great
postings I have been reading.
