Passing the pitlane in Monaco, all of a sudden a Ferrari without
wheels falls down past the trees, right from the sky, hitting the
pitlane.

ROTFL!

The replay shows that Parkes' car appeared in the pits, but without
wheels, standing vertically like a rocket, then lauching itself up,
going ballistic, coming down again.
Further back in the replay, Parkes leaves the pits (this time with and
on 4 wheels), suffering immediately a suspension damage (strange, this
seems to happen often in the pits, the cars then turn a full lap
slowly). He then drives through the armco like a ghost, continuing
somewhere in the nowhere of the city, before hitting something,
getting propelled skywards, the wheels come off. Rotating like crazy,
the Ferrari falls down onto the track, spinning vertically standing on
the gearbox like a tornado drilling for oil.
No wonder Parkes mechanics did not find his wheels, which landed
probably somewhere in the Mediterrean Sea and/or Alpes Maritimes.
Parkes car reappeared at the practise without wheels, but at the start
it was complete.
