by Win95 (but DOS games recognize it )
What should I do ??? Most of my games are for Windows 95 only !!!!

First install and use ProPanel to setup the wheel in Windows (it must be
the first device ID#1). Also look at the date sticker on the base of
the wheel (if it's still there) and decide whether it requires an
adaptor.
