No need to create one. rec.autos.simulators has a binary newsgroup in
the alt heirarchy were this can be done:
alt.binaries.simulators.autos
Of course some ISP's & newsfeeds don't always carry all of the alt
groups (especially the binaries). However, a responsive ISP should add
this group to the newsfeed upon request.
