Yes ! Works fine on a intel triton board with onboard SB16 one joyport
only.

I am planning to buy a T2, however, I have only one joystick port on my
machine. Can I set it up for GP2? (I know the T2 has a converter cable,

One joystick port on your PC is all you need.
