Any one using this card to play Need 4 Speed: Porsche Unleashed?

Works fine with N3, but every time I go to the actual race screen in NFS:PU
it crashes back to the desktop.

Have downloaded the latest drivers on Elsa's site, flashed the bios on the
card, but still crashes.  Any help would be appreciated.

Dell XPS-R450 PII / 128 megs

Worked fine with a Voodoo3 3000.  Starting to look like it is going back.  I
really don't see any difference in the two cards anyway, except that I lost
the AA in N3.  Should I have?  Should I send it back and wait on the Voodoo5
?
