Try to get rid of those gamepads. IMHO a gamepad is the worst solution
for driving a F1-car !!

Exchange it with a joystick or - even better - a wheel such as the F1
or T2 from Thrustmaster and feel REALLY great ;-)

I hate sims. I'm saying that having the Xtermniator is as good as a
joystick, which you said he should try. You don't press the analog part, you
push it around.
