I don't understand the intent behind the notice you posted in the
RASCAR forum.  Just curious...

Then why don't you ask him? Why didn't you answer the post in the forum? Or
email him?

I'm curious to......

1) Well, since I'm not a member of RASCAR any longer, it would be
fairly inappropriate of me to ask him on the RASCAR forum.  So, I
asked here, ebcause I know he reads r.a.s., and lastly, because I
don't have his email address.

2) ", too."

Now, thats a pretty lousy excuse John....

Would you take one "readers-discussion" from one news-paper to the other?
Or one TV-debate from one station to the other?
You know damn well, just like the rest of us, that it would be perfectly
okey for you to address this on the forum.

Can't we just leave this be now - and move on...   **All of us.**

Well, perhaps it was intended as a rupture in his writing, as in "I'm
curious to..... / .....know what it's all about" ;-P

It is quite OBVIOUSLY a statement on the way in which this place has been
reduced to a pathetic childish mess due entirely to postings and angered
ego's founded on RASCAR issues.

Of course - you KNEW that - but you just wanted to try and kick off another
flame war.

Amazing.
I was asked a simple question. I'll answer him in private to avoid the
obvious.

No, I honestly don't know if he's serious or not.  I didn't want to
assume either way.  Like I said - just curious.

The intent was as a tongue in cheek reminder of the original rationale of
RASCAR as it developed in the early part of last year and how recent events
had bought the name determined in the inaugral thread into disrepute.

Having experienced the kids ***ing on the open Sierra servers seeing
Rascar going the same way is hard to stomach.

ZZ & I have joked in the past how we were "responsible" for the name. If
you guys aren't going to make proper use of it then we'll have it back
thank you :)

It is just a dig to say come on RAS lets all get Rascar back on track.
With the Trans Am mod we could have some excellent road races to augment
the Nascar oval events.

It is not aimed at any individuals. At the time ZZ & I first discussed it
Rascar was in complete disarray. It is not a stab at those trying to get it
going again.

Cheers
Tony
