N2.N99 Live! sound fixed!

I HAD a problem of lockups while loading N2/N99.  Installed a Live! Value
and could not run N2/N99.

I have an ASUS T2P55T2P4, Herc Thriller, Canopus P3D ll sli, Live!

I moved my Herc from pci slot 1 to pci slot 4, left the voodoo's in slots
2&3, and put the Live! in pci slot 1.

Now I have sound in both sims!!!  Im so happy.  I have done laps for an hour
in each sim, and no lockups at all.  Video seems smoother too!!!  WOW.
