My Live Crackling Sound is Fixed :-/

To my surprise, after reinstalling WinXP (and only using WindowsUpdate
drivers) i have no more sound crackling in NR2002.  *shrug*

And the sound doesn't cut out anymore when sitting on pit road and revving
the engine (from the idling sound to normal engine sound and back)
