Not sure why it would.

"Motor racing is Dangerous" is printed on practically every spectator
ticket, I suspect the driver's & teams entry licence is much more
pointed with a couple of pages of legalise that will break down as:
Sh*t happens, we'll do our best but you can't sue, sign here.

    Yes, but deer on tracks is NOT motorsport. If someone within the track's
confines was ***led to death by a moose, what would happen there?

    As you say - shit happens. What you seem to miss is that getting your
arse dragged into court and sued off falls into the category of "shit
happens" as well! :)
