GP4 wishlist

First of all I like too say that I like GP3 very much, okay it isn't the
blast in grfx that we expected, but it's on the same level as any other
sim, so why complain.
Offcourse the weather effects are in a leaque of their own, it just
looks brilliant!!!
I saw many people write, that driving the car was way too easy, that it
was just like driving on rails....
Well, this is 1998 simulated not 1967, these cars have 2 tons of
downforce on their wings, pushing the car to the track, it better be
easy to drive!!!
Coming to driving on the limits, then it get's a complete different
story, GP3 simulates it perfectly to my opinion.
What do you people expect, cars sliding around like a '67 Lotus or
what??? get real!!!
Don't get me wrong, I love GPL, spend way too many hours on it (LOL) but
GP3 can't be compared with GPL!!!

So now that I've raved enough about GP3, here's my wishlist for GP4,
cause nothing is perfect, not even GP3 ;-))

1. Warmup-Lap before starting a race
2. Time-monitoring with all drivers on them, not just nr. 1 and 5
others!!! (Geoff, just use a smaller font, okay??)
3. Real Stop and Go penalties (get rid of this 10 second power drop
down, it just sucks!!!)
4. Manual speedlimiter in the pit
5. Animated pit-crew
6. Realistic damage modell......I just saw Button gently bruising his
Williams on the pitwall in Hockenheim, and yes his nosecone came
off......

Well that's about it for now.....;-))

Regards,

Roger

Here are a few more to add to the list:

-Put a flagman out waving blue flags on the course instead of that dumb
***pit light.
-False Starts
-Tire temps (maybe even show up as red tires on the***pit damage
indicator)
-YES, Front wings should be much easier to clip off.
-Realistic repair times in pit for severe damage.
-Adjustable wear so you can run 50% laps and your tires/gas wear twice as
fast so you still have realistic pit statigies.
-tv style leaderboards and split graphics that come up on bottom of screen
during race (can be turned off/on by players).
-be able to hear other cars - at least when you run out of gas or your
engine dies.
