ICR2: saving during the race?

You can save a game in progress simply by exiting. The game will only ask you if you
want to save your current race if you have made a qualifying attempt, i.e. if you
just go practice then it won't save your race. So, you can qualify, save your race,
then run a warmup session, save your race, then run the actual race, get halfway
through, save your race, and so on. You will notice, though, that if you make any
adjustments to your car during the race, they will not be saved, so when you return
to your saved race you will have the setup that you started with. Also, the weather
sometimes changes from session to session (with random weather selected) so keep that
in mind too.
