Me too, K6 200(clocked to 225) 64Mb SDram and 4Mb 3Dfx (v1) card and it
flies along nicely with *all* details on, very smooth.

If you have a 200MHz cpu and *any* program runs slowly, sort your pc
out!!! get it optimised, get it configured properly, and give us a
break!!!

Sure it may slow down a tad when the full sim is released and we have
more scenery, more cars, etc, but I'm very happy with GPL, long live
GPL, VIVA GPL!!!!!

It will if you have a Rendition card.  At least, it did on my P100
(which I had for about a month before getting this K6 300, but hey,
the P100 entire system only cost me $25, and I'm still using its
hard drive, so I got somethin' out of it).  Turn off most of the
details, and it'll run pretty good.  My lap times went down after
installing the 300, because it ran more smoothly, but the demo was
still decent and fun on the P100.  It DID, however, tend to just
cut back to Windows suddenly, particularly in bad accidents (I guess
it just tried to use too much processor that wasn't there).

Of course, the final version of the game won't work with a P100,
since putting other cars on the track will undoubtedly suck up a
heck of a lot of power.
