I have the cart-version of icr2, and I have always played the
Windows-version but I thought about to use the dos-version.
But when I shall do the controller setup, I cant use my stering wheel,
It seems that I have to use my mouse for everything, what is wrong?

You will have to uninstall mouse driver in dos to set your controller then
reinstall mouse drivers and that will fix your problem

Or do what I do (the tech-free solution), and unplug your mouse before
running the program.
