F1RS: Rain at start

In simple race mode, if the race starts in the rain (by random chance), is
there any way to change to rain tires without driving the first lap with the
slicks.  The AI cars all have rain tires on at the start of the race.

Also,  in simple race mode, you start off with cold tires.  It appears that
the AI cars start with warm tires.  I know that in Grand Prix mode, you can
transfer slightly used tires to your race setup before the start and avoid
the new tire problem.

You can check the weather before entering the race, and if the humidity is above
90% it is either raining or going to rain. Go back to the garage and put rain
tires on and you're set....at least until the sun comes back out!
