F1RS: Rain Racing

With all the rain hubbub I decided to do some serious rain racing in
F1RS. In the past I would have some severe problems. But this
time I was rather serious about making it work.

I have heard many people complain about Rain racing in F1RS.
People have said that it is impossible to win a rain race (even a 25%
race) in F1RS even using lowly Amateur level opponents. Is this
right? I don't think so. I just got the pole in Australia against amateur
opponents. I think everyone who knows F1RS knows that the AI
is several seconds slower in the actual race. Also the carsetup
is not that difficult in the rain either.

The RS2 AI totally trashed me in Australia (1st year career mode, 50%
race length, Stewart Ford) but once I got a bit more practice driving
in wet conditions I won at Magny Cours a bit further down the season.
It's quite easy once you get the hang of it, just take it easy, don't
lock up, basically every advice that goes for GPL goes for wet
weather racing in RS2, too ;-)

Cheers,

Uwe
