Hey, can any of you Germans tell me if the cars actually flip
after getting airborn, or do the always land on all fours.
How about an honest opinion on how it compares to ICR2 (if you have it).

GP2 cars are like cats; they always land on their feet
ICR sucks; you're "stuck" to the ground there.

If anyone wants to have a look on the "binaries" group, I will post an
AWESOME replay which was sent in by Jan Matthies of CompuServe's F1SA
league. He gets into a little fight at Hockenheim about who owns the
line into the corner.....

Cheers!
John

I'm British, but I'll answer anyway. I haven't seen one actually flip
yet, but they do fly about a bit! When they land, they bounce from wheel
to wheel very realistcally. At a guess (although I stand by to be wrong)
I would say the physics is up to a true flip, if you hit them hard
enough! Soon as I'm done here reading the 'news', I'll drive around the
wrong way for a bit, to see what I can do!

I just spent about 4 hours with a direct connect to
my other machine (P6/200 to a P5/133). I saw some
very impressive "stunt" graphics. Cars were totally
airborne at times, lots of flipping about, but I did
not see a complete loop...yet.
You've certainly got to watch out when you do the =

old "nudge" trick, I was up on the rear wheel of one
CC guy and it was nearly airborne for me. Gotta be
more careful with this version and nudges.

When you flip, does the view switch to an outside view as in NFS, or
does the view stay in the***pit?
