Yes, please join EA.  Now there's a company that isn't driven by greed and
will stop at nothing to create the perfect driving simulator.  While your at
it, s***the GPL engine and use the NFS engine.  Now that thing kicks butt,
you can powerslide around every corner and jump and do other cool stuff.  It
would be really cool if Monza had a shortcut where you could skip the
parabolica and come out ahead of the pits.  Maybe put some powerups right
before you head under the old banked section of track.  These could be for,
like, a cool speed boost or maybe allow you to use a tractor beam to catch
your competition.  And since you'd be owned by EA, you could come out with
GPL 98, GPL 99, and GPL 2000.  All you have to do is rearrange the menus and
add some new cars that can be unlocked or something.  Now this may sound
crazy, but hear me out.  You can port the game to every platform around
(PSX, Dreamcast, PC, Genesis).  This will be easy 'cause you write for the
lowest common denominator and add lense flare for the better systems.
Wooohooo!

no kidding.  yeah.. go Payrus.. work for Sierra, a company that doesn't know
what to do.  yeah.. go Papyrus, work for Sierra, a company that tells you
what do with your game and not allowing you to do things the way you want
to.

FYI....EA, Hasbro, Eidos, etc. are absolutely no different than Sierra
anyways especially when regards to in-house development teams.  Perhaps if
would be better for us if they went 3rd party again, but then again its not
as good of situation for Papyrus either.

Yesterday I received my US copy of N3 <jumping up and down>, and was
amazed
during the install: I was free to install it anywhere I wanted!
Thanks, Sierra!

Could it be, that once whining and moaning on a ng had some positive
result?
Naaah....
