Has anyone seen the GP1 advertised in the UK anywhere?  I'm loking for a
cheap yet reasonably good quality steering wheel and most people are
speaking quite highly of this new device.  More info/pictures would also
be nice since the pic on the TM web site is not very good, you can't see
the analogue paddles behind the wheel.

So, how many people would be interested in gp1's or T2's if I was to
import some? No promises at this stage, just want a feel for the level
of interest. I would only be looking to cover my costs as I want to get
one for myself.

My friend just got one and he says it is above all his expectations!
He says the paddle are really easily accessible and comfortable
but it gets tiring a bit to drive with both hands on the wheel...
He also says that the wheel is much smaller than you could expect from
the picture at TM's web site which is a good thing...

Now if I could only finish my homemade steering... :(

Still stuck with the joystick...

bye, Daniel

When i phoned them up re buying a GP1 steering wheel they said the would
have them by the end of October 96 and that all outlets of Game would also

Hi,
It depends how much you can do it for since it is possible to buy a T2 for
around 120 in the UK.  Also you'd have to find a decent way of delivering
and a way of paying.  Other than that it might work.  Where are you in the
UK anyhow?  I live in Plymouth Devon.
