Can we also have a short test session Friday Night or early Saturday to
verify there aren't any last-minute issues?
Or at least can we have an email address to email issues to so a final check
can be done at, say, 15 min before practice starts to give time for final
touch-ups ?

Yes you can. Download the Sierra Account Manager and install it. You can
use that to create the ID.
