Gp2 and oversteer

Now listen ive practised GP2 over the weekend and have managed a
1:22:387 at Estoril so i feel i'm getting quiker BUT. I am still
totally puzzled about the power oversteer of the car, ok bumping over
the kerbs and spinning pisses me off, but i haven't yet been able to
catch a single power oversteer. I must be fairly quick coz my time i
think is fairly competitive, ive set my rear dampers up to make em
less wooley then right down and the rear wing right up, but the
problem doesn't seem to stem from a aerodynamics but from a suspension
or even software/physics calculation error. Please could someone steer
(excuse the pun)  me in the right direction!!!!

P.s. yes i am getting used to that ice bug thing arghhh

The Estoril track is perhaps the hardest track, comming
up to turn 9 and 10. Don't even think about accalerate
out of turn 9 or you will spin.

But it is posible to catch the oversteer. just be quick
enough and reduce the power! otherwise, turn on the tractioncontrol..

Don't konw of any setupchanges that may help you though.
