However can't install any new tracks, like Sebring!
Bugatti installs fine though.
Season file is being updated properly for Sebring, track folder created,
etc..
I'm stumped.. any tips?

The only two problems I've ever had with installing tracks were caused by
either the wrong default path in the installer (not a problem with the
track, I had moved my gpl folder) and read-only files in the gpl folder (a
result of copying stuff from a CD).
If you installed the disco fix after the CPU fix that could be causing a
problem. Try re-installing the CPU fix. It contains an updated disco fix as
well as a no-CD patch, so you no longer need to install the disco fix.
