Nascar 1 Multiplayer Help!

I cannot get the multiplayer set up working. Everytime I click on the
Com setting it will not toggle to Com2. Unfortunately, I installed my
modem on Com2 and I do not have anything on Com1. Is this the reason it
won't toggle between Com1 and Com2? If anyone has any suggestions please
respond.

I have'nt been on nascar 1 in awhile but could it be
that you have the direct connect highlighted and
not the modem connect?

You don't, by any chance, have a USR Winmodem? If so, this modem only works
under Windows. This is, by far, the most common cause for this problem.
