Master Rally demo (140MB)

I think I'll pick it up, too.  The multiple
vehicle races are major fun.

As for your selection of racing games, there is,
in fact, no such thing as 'enough racing games.'
(NFS:PU is one of my favorites.)  And any racing
game, including Megarace and Vakantie Racer, is
better, in my opinion, than those game genres I
don't care for.  Yes, this is a somewhat
subjective position, but, there it is.  :P

I even like Spirit of Speed 1937 (!) enough to be
one of the officials of the Spirit of Speed 1937
Offline Challenge.  If you're curious, you can
learn more here:

http://www.racesimcentral.net/~jbodin/sosoc/

Glad you're enjoying Master Rallye.  ;)

I would like it even more if it still worked. I tried it this evening
when I got in, and it just crashed on me. I tried re-installing it,
but no go. I hope that the final version will be a lot more reliable
than the demo!

Master Rally demo (140MB)

by Tsuna » Fri, 30 Nov 2001 07:39:24

I am running the following:

Windows XP Pro/Win2K dual boot
ATI Radeon VE
1GHz Athlon
ABIT KT7a Raid
768 MB Ram

I could try running it under windows 2000 and see if that is any
better, at least until it comes out as a full version.
What happens is that it starts, the screen goes black as the app
starts up, then it just goes back to XP without taking anything else
down with it.
Very strange.

You're right.  Very strange.  My system is running
the same CPU with a GeForce 2 GTS, Win98SE and
only 256 MB Ram.  And Master Rallye flies.  Very
strange.
