Cart Racing is by Papyrus, it is a repackaged and patched IndyCar
Racing 2.
Cart Precision racing is by Terminal Reality and published by Microsoft.
Cart Racing is VERY OLD and looks it.
The real world difference between CART and Indy are many, Cart are
faster, use tons more money, and have International drivers and courses.
A mix of Ovals, street courses and road courses.
The IRL cars use non-turbo engines, run 100% ovals, own the Indy 500
race track and could be compared to a spec racer series.(engines are
very similar and 2 of the 3 chassis are very close) The IRL is a newer
series and does not have the "big league" names of cart, but that is
slowly changing as the familiar CART stars like Unser and Andretti are
being replaced by international drivers.
