Assuming that you didn't overwrite the standard Ace, Fast, and Easy settings,
you can load one of them.  (Left hand side of the setup screen, click on the
down arrow to show the list of available car setups.)

If you overwrote these (which ISN'T a good idea, for this very reason!) copy
the ones from your NASCAR 2 CD.  Go to the track directory on the CD and copy
all .stg files into the track directory on your hard drive.  If you overwrote
these files and want to save your changes, make sure you copy them into other
file names first.
