Help: Patched ICR2 for Win95 fail to start

I think I've followed instructions:
Move my C:\ICR2 to C:\ICR2\SIERRA. Tried it from there and it still work
in DOS.
Checked if it was version 1.02. Use the joystick toggle ALT-J to get
version. (1.02 -> OK)
Created DOS2WIN directory copied the patch there, runned it.
Runned install from there. Run setup from there. Answers all the nice
question. Last one concerning Direct-X drivers, did not seem to install
anything I have already the direct-X drivers loaded and working (Tried it
with some Direct-X games (NFSSE)).
I was ready to start the game, ran WINDY:
I get the "Robby's car" screen then ERROR: Can't load garage stamps roll,
then ICR2:The compressed bitmap system could not initialize and finally
ICR2: The core game environment could not be initialized.
I then get the replay in Detroit with the usual ICR2-DOS music. When I
click I return back to Win95.
I have a P133 with 16Meg. Could It be that I don't have enough swap disk
space (Only 20 Meg left on my drive). Or did I missed something with the
install?
Thanks for any infos.

For some unknown reason, I too followed the instructions to a "T" and
had trouble with the install/setup.  However, I took the chance and
re-ran the setup and things worked.  You might want to try the setup a
second time.
