When i'm designing a new car, and they report me that the car is
completed during mid-season...how do i buy it?????

To the best of my knowledge, you can't. You must wait until the start of the next season, at
which point you will be given the option of buying the new chassis.

I don't think you can.

Well you cant purchase any new chassis until the start of next season. You just have to live
with your old overweighted car for a year.

Once it is done you can sack most of your designers in my case 30 people
Thus saving you money? Of course i haven't done any sought of statistical
analysis with regards to the ammount of designers to time taken. So this
is why i use the question mark.

At the beginning of the next season you will automatically be asked
how many new cars you would like to buy.
