For some reason no matter how many times i try to re-install nascar 4
my exe file comes up as corrupt. Is anyone able to send the unpatched

Sierra will replace a defective CD if it is too late to return it to the
store.

Actually toss pot, perhaps i wrote it incorrectly, or perhaps your too

NASCAR 4 CD!!! no matter how many times i retry, it is not installing
correctly. Not everyone in this world is a pirate, and if they are...

Luke, it's possible that you have a corrupted CD...I'm fairly sure that if
you contact Sierra,
let them know yours is bad, you can return it and they will send you
another...

Recieve a new one.

Alternatively it may be worth trying a cd scratch repairer..
Only mentioned this since I had trouble with win98 cd and it was fixed after
using this method.

If that fails..do what the others have suggested...

N4 is one of those programs that has to
have a perfect CD-drive to install. I had
5 drives between 3 computers and had to
remove and swap to get it to install on
the 2 computers. And I bought 2 copies
of N4 since you had to have it in the drive
to play. Sounds like you need to get a
new CD-drive. Copy protection is only
going to make it harder to install games
in the future. It will pay to spend $$ to
get a real good quality CD-drive.
