You have nothing to apologize for Rodney.  Your efforts here are most
appreciated by the vast majority.

You seem to be afraid of CAPs. You must have been yelled at a lot when you were young.

By the way, your real name wouln't happen to be George, would it? :)

simple: The internet went from pure academia on the one end
of the scale to AOL and hotmail on the other end. It still
strikes me as odd that so many people found out that usenet
exists in the first place, with all those comfy web forums to
hang out in, you know. ;-)

However I still find this place to be quite an exception to the
rule, though, still a very friendly group of enthusiasts
mostly.

cheers,

uwe

Sorry for the confusion there, Rodney.

In the end, I'm relieved.  The way everyone was talking, I thought your were
Jesus.

That would've been the end of me, with no hope of getting to the highest of
heights.  :)

Case closed.  I'll shut up now.

No apologies required.  Rod you should know as well as anyone that these
NG's are full of all kinds.  Please don't let a few whiners drive ya away.
The vast majority here fully appreciate what you all do but get little air
time over the background noise..

I suspect the RLD (Real Life Demo) probably will have a totally different
track.

If it's released _before_ Daytona, then Daytona would seem like the likely
suspect.

For heavens sake, no flat cookie cutter, please :)

Um.. He is trying to be helpful and informative, unlike you.  I guess we
should damn him.

Grow up Alan.

Helpful?  The hole world knew the demo was a beta.

Here I thought, by the way everyone was saying Rodney was a god, that he
worked for Papyrus and was an integral part of Nascar 2003's development.

But he's a beta tester and is well known in the sim racing community.

That explains most of what he said and confirms my initial suspicions.

And it confirms, also, that it's best not to question the intentions of
someone whom this board must adore, unless you want to be ripped.  But,
heck, I can handle it.

Life goes on.  haha
