I currently use a P100, 256 pipeline, 32mb EDO, 4mb Millenium
and want more performance for GP2.
If I was to upgrade to a P166 with 512 pipeline and 32mb dimm,
how much of a performance increase would I see?
Is it worth it, or should I wait for the P55?
( I have an opportunity to trade in my M/b and chip, and the
upgrade after taxes will only cost me about $400.)

I have a p166, 32 Mb DRAM, 256 pipeline and a Diamond 2Mb VRAM. There's no
chance of running GP2 full detail SVGA on MY machine! Typically, I have to turn
of sky, all mirror textures and a few others (depending on the circuit) to get
17-18fps. Doesn't really bother me at all though: I don't have the impression
that I'm missing something.
