MSFFW dual axis

If you have 4.0 installed, go into game controllers, select the sidewinder
wheel and click on properties, new window opens and click on the settings
tab.  Near the bottom is the Pedal Mode area where you can select between
Combined and Separate.  Choose Separate and you'll be good to go.
