It won't. The server is "advertising" that it's hosting a race, that's why when you are on a local
lan it can immediately (+/- 4 seconds) see a lan game being hosted.

Yep. If you use Ethereal on the local lan after configuring the server, it *should* be providing the host
race information in the broadcast packets...
