Hi Andreas,
(English is fine, btw)
As others have said here, back off the throttle slightly when you upshift. And
when you downshift, keep your current speed in mind, so you don't overrev the
engine when you re-engage the clutch.
Something which really helps me is my control setup. I use a Thrustmaster
joystick for steering/transmission, and Thrustmaster aircraft rudder pedals for
throttle/brakes. I was unsure of the pedals at 1st, but they work great,
because when you push one down, the other comes up & vice-versa.
So, if I want brakes, I stomp the left pedal hard, past the mid-point. But
when I want to shift, I pretend it's a clutch, and just tap it slightly while I
hit the shift button. That backs off the throttle enough to keep me from
over-revving, and adds a more realistic feel to the experience, IMO.
If I was using standard car pedals, I couldn't do that, since a tap on that
left pedal would give me instant braking action, instead of just backing off
the throttle slightly.
