My TSW Experience

Hello,

Just incase there are people out there that want to buy a TSW but are
concerned because of some bad press, I thought I would give my $0.02.

I spoke with Trev and ordered my wheel. He told me 6 weeks because
they were just finishing a production run and I would be in the next
run.  I placed my order and received my wheel in about 5 weeks from
the date I sent my check in.

After I used the wheel for a while I had some questions about setup
and thought that I was doing something incorrectly with the wheel.
Trev asked me to send the wheel back so they could check it out and
make sure the wheel was ok.  Turns out I wasn't configuring something
correctly, (long story).  They worked with me over email to try and
isolate the problem while they had the wheel.  They found MY computer
problem and then sent the wheel back, no charge for the hours they
spent on the wheel or for shipping.  After I connected the wheel, I
realized what I was doing wrong and all worked well.

If you want a wheel that is fast and responsive and that is built to
last, this is a great wheel.  There are other wheels, but for this
price you can't beat it.  Trev will work with you and help with any
problems that may occur, your's or theirs, and this will outlast a T2
and doesn't cost an arm and a leg like others.
