Not sure how you'd do this, but try checking around the net.  There may be a
utility that does just this.

If you find it, let me know.  I think the blueness of the sky is fine but
I'd like to add more clouds.  I live in Ohio and we here are accustomed to
cloudy days.  Clouds are clouds-- except in the Buckeye State.  So I need a
utility that will give me a specific shape and color of cloud.  And since in
my particular case, I live near a steel mill, I need clay-colored clouds.
Clay-colored clouds that looked peculiarly like buckeyes-- yeah, that's it.

So while you're looking for your sky color changer, see if you can find me a
cloud shape/color changer.
