I don't have it installed right now...Housecleaning to fix another
mod...but there should be an option to lower the other cars, but it's often
grouped in with other sounds. Look for Sound Effects, in the default F1c
sound screen, this one is right above the engine noise slider. That one
will probably lower the other cars, but also might reduce other 'sounds'
that you depend on.
