I don't imagine that you'll find one for .3do & mip files (even we
don't have them at Papyrus :-) )

The 3do file is a binary representation of the 3d object format. It
was never intended for human consumption. That said, of course someone
COULD conceivably translate the binary into some ASCII format, but I'm
not sure it would be useful for what I suspect you want... :-)

MIPs are wrappers around PCX file, so they probably have a similar
format, but again, it's an output file format, which is part of our
build process. (Someone could probably figure out the format and write
a MIP-to-PCX convertor, but we don't have one... (since we've got the
PCX's :-) ))
