I am about to purchase a Diamond Stealth SE video card with 1MB of RAM.  What
I am wondering is will it improve the performance I am getting from my Trident
8900 with 1MB of RAM which is about a 1991 model.  I get 30.3 fps on 3dbench
and my computer is a 486DX2-80 with 8MB of RAM.  Will the Diamond card make a
big difference or am I wasting $$$$?  Thanks for any help.

I have one, but 2 meg. It  gave me more Nascar framerate, but Win 3.11
graphics hit rock-bottom scores compaired to my old Viper 2 meg vram card.
The SE is so-so for me.

       my dx266 gets 43.4 on 3d bench with a two year old S804 chip.
(cirrus) The Diamond Stealth should get you up much higher.
