Hi !!!

I`ve got the following Problem with Nascar 1 that was bundled with my
Matrox Milleneum. Every time Iload a carset and go to garage the message :

CAN`T LOAD GARAGE !

Can anyone help me ???

It maybe possible that the files in the directories under CARS have
their attributes set to "read-only".  Try turning off this attribute.

Also you may be trying to use a North American carset.  I think there is
a utility to change these to a non-North American set at
http://www.racesimcentral.net/

Or you can use this method of converting the carsets:

To use carsets, which were created with the US Version of Nascar, with
the *** version you must do the following:

either make your *** version a US version by

  changing all occurences of the ASCII sequence beng13 to kell_5
  in the two files OBJS.DAT and your CARS94.DAT

or make the US carset a *** carset by

  changing all occurences of the ASCII sequence kell_5 to beng13
  in that new <carset>.DAT file.
