My download of the week is TOCA. How do you change the view ? ( i.e.. From
behind car view to In car view and/or hood view?)

The options section gives you the choice of keys for controller, shifting,
rear view and view change (forget the name they use).  The latter lets you
switch between two outside views, and two in car views.
