I was thinking more like a tricycle (no gears of course).
I'd be happy to do hosting and even provide web space (as long as the
content is already in html format) but the organisation is down to
someone else - I don't fancy a busman's holiday.
Cheers,
Paul

yeehar! had my first online race last night  (using freeserve as ISP),
connected to a watkins glen race, 12 players on the grid (qualified 5th
- well happy), mega pile up at the start (no surprise there) and then
off we went. I enjoyed it immensely, the only downer being my lack of
experience at the Glen and the fact that everyone slower than me dropped
out :(, leaving me nobody in midfield to battle with.

I tried hosting but nobody wanted me :(

roll on the UK hosts!

Somewhat north of my neck of the woods, although I spend quite a lot
of time even further north most summers (Assynt area or Skye). At
least you got the correlation between decreasing latitude and
increasing "softiness"... :-)

Hi Fellas,

I'd be interested in joining the league as well if you do start one.  I'm in
Dublin btw.

regards,
Patrick

If anyone is starting a league for GPL in the UK, then please put my name
down too.

Please let me know if you do start one.

Thanks

Nice one, Derek :-)
Maybe you should post this as a primary thread in case some
would-be-interested people are not following this thread.
Cheers,
Paul
