NASCAR Trackpack in SVGA

I have the CD version of NASCAR racing and the floppy version of the
trackpack.  I thought that when i first installed it, that i could run
the trackpack in SVGA . I recently reinstalled the both and now the
trackpack tracks will not run in SVGA

any help would be greatly appreciated.
